Palate: The palate is perfectly assembled and the long silky creamy flavor is reminiscent of velvet. It has a very pleasant after-taste.
Matches very especially well with roasted lamb, cutlets barbequed over vine shoots, fish with sauce recipes, as well as smoked and cured cheese. provided an interesting combination with chocolate desserts.
