Tasting Note

Colour: Straw yellow, lively, luminous, with golden shades.

Nose: Fresh and mineral nose, with hints of yellow flowers, peach and citrus.

Palate: full-bodied with mineral hints, it is slightly bitter in the final.

Food Pairing

Suitable for light first courses, fresh cheeses, fish and soups. Excellent aperitif.
