Tasting Note
Deep and bright in colour. The bouquet is delicate, full of ripe black fruits aromas with light roasting notes. The attack is round and elegant, marked by blackberry flavours. The palate is smooth and the finish is fruity, elegant with pleasant vanilla hints.
Food Pairing
Serve at 17-18°C with grilled meats, roasted poultry, or with a good selection of cheeses. This wine will be nice as an aperitif with sophisticated appetizers.

Plenty of richness here. Bold cedary oak meets currants and blackberries. The palate has supple tannins woven with freshness and length. An upbeat red cherry and plum finish.
