Tasting Note
Colour: Bright cherry red, lively and clean.
Nose: Intense on the nose, with ripe black fruit predominating. From its ageing in barrel, there are notes of dark chocolate, smokiness, and toast.
Palate: Very well structured, with ripe, rounded tannins. The balance between acidity, alcohol and tannins shows great potential for bottle ageing. On the back palate, the well-ripened fruit and the toasty notes we find on the nose reappear. The finish is long and persistent.
