Tasting Note

Colour: Ruby red brick coloured half layer.

Nose: Its aromatic explosion is a symphony of notes due to the aging process(vanilla, roasted coffee, spices), ripe fruit(raisins, caramel), and subtle nuances of leather, dry leaves and tobacco, which are typical of the aging process in the bottle.

Palate: The palate is perfectly assembled and the long silky creamy flavor is reminiscent of velvet. It has a very pleasant after-taste.

Food Pairing

Matches very especially well with roasted lamb, cutlets barbequed over vine shoots, fish with sauce recipes, as well as smoked and cured cheese. provided an interesting combination with chocolate desserts.
