Tasting Note

Colour: A deep ruby colour.

Nose: With notes of very ripe black fruits(Blackberries, blackcurrant jelly, black cherry jam) and toasty and chocolate notes that enhance the feeling of jammy fruit by highlighting it.

Palate: The attack is sweet, the mid-palate velvety and sweet and final of great length and tenderness. The tannins are racy and tender and the mouth incredibly fresh, which gives a great balance. At the aromatic level, we find these very ripe fruits supported by toasted notes(toast) and roasted coffee.

Food Pairing

Wonderful when served with filet with mushrooms or mixed cheese plate.  Also amazing alone.
