Tasting Notes

As soon as we tasted this there was absolutely no question as to whether this should be our premium Malbec, we knew immediately. This is just how Malbec should be, fruit-forward yet beautifully structured and rich. Ripe black fruit flavors are supported by rich cherries and juicy plums with hints of violets and vanilla. This has a depth of texture, it is full-bodied and luscious with a long finish. 

Food Pairing

perfect with a good quality steak and I would opt for a fillet here, alternatively try with duck or a roasted leg of lamb.

Tim Atkin MW awarded the Malbec 91 Points and Harpers Wines Stars awarded it 5 Stars and also the much-coveted ‘Star of Mendoza’ and ‘Star of Argentina’ for achieving the highest overall score of wines submitted from Mendoza and in all of Argentina.
