Tasting Note

Appearance: The Pomerol's dress is most often dark ruby and purple hues in its youth and an appearance of brick hues with ageing.

Aroma: The bouquet is often very rich and complex with notes of black and red fruits. Also note the presence of empyreumatic with leather, roasting and a vanilla tip.

Taste: The tannins of the Pomerols are rather robust, we will wait for a certain maturity to find a perfectly balanced wine. Note the presence of ripe black fruits including blackcurrant, and sometimes truffle.
