Colour: colored with a dark but bright ruby, intense
Aroma: persistent aromas, with fruity notes of blackberry and cherry, enriched with notes of aromatic herbs, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa, licorice, and an intriguing mineral touch.
Palate: Relevant structure, well balanced between an important and harmonious alcoholic note and adequate freshness, the tannin is soft and the persistence very tenacious.
Food Pairing
excellent with rich first courses, with red meats and with medium and long-aged cheeses.
